5 Great Cooking Games Found on Facebook

Facebook is a virtual treasure chest of online cooking games. Some of these games are popular among Facebook users like Café Mania. But there are still those that are relatively unknown but are equally great games as well. Play these games and see for yourself.

1. Cupcake Corner– Cupcakes are cute whether you bake them in real life or just online. This game is for cupcake lovers who love to bake, design and customize their own cupcake store. Cupcake Corner has good graphics that let you create, bake and sell your cupcakes in a vivid and entertaining setting.  Aside from that, the characters are delightful, too!

2. Diner Life – Diner Life is quite similar to Diner Dash. You own your restaurant, expand it and let it thrive in the neighborhood. Just like any other diner game, you get to cook, to wait on tables and to decorate your place to your liking. You can choose among the various diner themes and styles. Whether you’re a classic chick or a rock chick, your diner can reflect your inner personality.

3. Restaurant City – Restaurant City is another popular Facebook online cooking game. Restaurant games are popular even among adults because most of us at one time or another may have harbored the thought of running our own restaurant in the real world. And since the real world is more complicated, we all agree, online cooking games are the way to go. It’s safer and we learn a thing or two just by playing them. Restaurant City seems basic especially if you’re an avid restaurant gamer but before you know it, you’ll be hooked on it. The game starts with choosing restaurant decorations that suit your taste. Then you hire your Facebook friends as your employees keeping them well-fed to increase their efficiency. Customers should also be entertained and served for full customer satisfaction. The goal here is to make more money to purchase more ingredients, equipment and other items.  Another best thing about this game is getting a high popularity score if you’re really good.

4. Gourmet Ranch – Gourmet Ranch is a farm and cooking game rolled into one. For a change, you get to grow your own crops and other ingredients for your restaurant. You can even tend animals to trade with friends for more earnings. It’s like experiencing the great outdoors away from the busy city life – a little different than most restaurant cooking games centered in cities. The catch is, you have to prepare your meals using the right ingredients. And you cannot use these ingredients when you’re not growing them in your farm. You have to work double time for better earnings. This is also a good game for your touch gadget.

5. World Chef – In World Chef, your role is to create mouthwatering recipes and to master the art of the different worldwide cuisines. There’s such a thing as practice makes perfect and that’s what you need to do in this game. The fun also comes in designing the interior of your diner because you have to coordinate your restaurant furniture and equipment to your chosen theme. For added multi-tasking features, you can run a couple of other restaurants from around the world, too.

Facebook games are popular because they make social networking sites more sociable. You’re not only playing these games by yourself, you also get to interact with your friends by hiring them, trading things with them, competing with them and asking for their help.  These Facebook games are addicting and almost perfect for gamers of all ages.
