Maricel Laxa is Philips Avent’s new brand ambassador

Manila, Philippines – Actress, children’s literature writer and mom Maricel Laxa recently signed a one year contract with Philips AVENT to be the brand’s new ambassador in a special event at the F1 Hotel, The Fort in Taguig. The Philips Avent line is designed to give complete mother and child care from pregnancy to playground, making it the Number 1 Recommended Brand by Moms. Its line includes breast feeding pumps, feeding bottles, baby monitors, and baby accessories. Laxa has five children with husband Anthony Pangilinan.

“I first came upon Avent at an exhibition that I was a part of and they had a breastfeeding station. They provided a really relaxing atmosphere and I realized that Philips is really concerend about the mothers,” Laxa said.

“I agreed to become the official endorser for Avent because it’s a family brand and I sincerely support what they are encouraging mothers to do which is to breastfeed.
