Update Walls and Floors

The first thing a customer or client sees when he or she walks into your business are the walls and the floors. After all, they are obviously the most visible since they take up a whole lot of space in your business.

To update them you don’t need to spend an arm and a leg – you just need to keep your décor simple, modern, and clean. For example, a coat of white paint or textured wallcovering and some new tile on the floor can work wonders.

Improve the Seating Area

If your business has a seating area where clients need to wait before they can be attended to, one of the most important things is making sure that the area is comfortable and up-to-date.

The most important part is the waiting area seating.  Make sure it’s comfortable, contemporary, and easy to keep clean.  If you have product brochures, place them within reach so your clients can view your products as they wait.  Magazines, a television screen, or a computer monitor would also be great additions to the seating area to keep clients entertained.
