Fam Had A Blast at Baby Blast 3!!!

We had a blast at Baby Blast 3! If I knew that it would be this fun, and so full of great freebies, I would have taken the fam to the two previous Baby Blasts.  😀

When we arrived, the Trinoma Activity Center was already packed with families all looking forward to a fabulous activity-filled day.  Tibbs and Vangie Evalle, from Edu Child, were on the stage area talking about the five love languages that couples need to understand to keep their marriage on fire.  Children were playing in the different learning and play areas set up in the middle of the activity center while parents checked out the different booths circling the area.

The little ones got some pampering from the Little Lamb’s Kiddie Spa and Salon while their parents were given some advice on the importance of touch therapy to their children’s well-being.  Moms and Dads were also pampered with back massages and haircuts from the Blounge Salon.

My little girl was given a free learning style assessment from ETON International School.  It turns out that she’s more Analytic than Global and still prefers to work with Papa and Mama than with other children.  The teacher who assessed her also mentioned that Jade was perceptive and methodical.  She would wait for directions before doing anything but disliked being given instructions repetitively.  The teacher also commended her for being well-behaved and cooperative during the assessment.

One of my mommy blogger friends, the very prettty and sexy Mommy Vix of Jared’s Corner,  gave us a coupon for free flouride application from Dental First.  Taken aback at first by the male dentists, Jade quickly warmed up when told that they were dentists and would be wiping her teeth to remove the cavity-causing germs.  She promptly opened her mouth and waited until the flouride was applied.

Several preschools presented their EHS Programs for this summer and the coming school year.  My little ones loved the activity area of The Learning Exchange the most.  Jade got to try creating images using stencils and was also able to play with clay.  There’s my little boy grinning from ear to ear with all his favorite cartoon characters in front of him.

Here are my little ones learning to share the toys with other children.  Though I think my son Jakei was trying to put all the toys in the basket so he can keep them to himself much like what he sometimes does at home. LOL!

Booths showcased different products for children, and parents too.  Most of the booths gave out free samples and other items.  We got some Ceelin, back copies of Baby Magazine, tasted Goody Gulp, and bought some lollicakes.  Jade and Jakei loved their Lollicakes a lot.

Purchases from the different booths entitled buyers to coupons for free face painting and free photobooth pictures. My little ones really (really!) wanted to have their face painted but the line was too long so we opted to just have our pictures taken at the photobooth. Below is a picture of a little boy who had a car painted on his cute chubby cheeks.

We were at the event for only a few hours but we were able to catch a talk on marriage by Tibbs and Vangie Evalle and to learn how to deal with our picky eaters from Dra. Cynthia Juico. We were also able to watch a fun contest from Ceelin (we were in line at the photobooth when the game started and Jade exclaimed, ‘Mama! I have to be there!) and heart-stopping stunts by The Velasco Brothers.  It definitely was a blast!

The kids enjoyed their day so much that they were still brimming with happiness when we got home.  Thank you so much OBM Events for a great bonding day with the family!
